What is Cupping Therapy?

Cupping therapy is an old form of medicine in which a therapist places special cups on your skin for a few minutes to form suction. People get it for various purposes, including to assist with pain, inflammation, blood flow, rest and well-being, and as a type of deep-tissue massage.

The cups may be created of:

  • Glass
